Using reftagger on www.saintmarkslutheran.org. I upgraded automatically the Wordpress and theme. After the upgrade the reference just aren't tagged. Everything else works, but the references are no longer tagged. The plug-in says it is activated. I have uninstalled and re-installed it. I have re-installed the WP installation. Nothing works.
Any ideas what might be happening?
