Missing NIV Reverse Interlinear in my new Logos purchase

So, I just purchased Logos 5 Starer base package. According to the base package comparison page, the Starter set includes the NIV Reverse Interlinear for both the NT and OT. (Click HERE to see.)

However, these two resources are not showing up in my library. I have done an Update Resources command from the command bar, with no effect. Anyone know why this might be?

As an aside, I noticed something interesting. All the other translations that have interlinear versions (NASB, ESV, NKJV, etc.) also have a corresponding entry in the standard English Bibles category on the same comparison page. However, the NIV does not. (Click HERE to see. Or not see, I guess.) Is it possible you have to own the vanilla English Bible translation in order for the interlinear to appear? And if so, why would Logos include the interlinear in the base package but require you to purchase the corresponding bible separately in order for it to work?

Interlinears are not accessed through the library but through searches, display options, etc. For the displays:

The issue - as you reference in the rest of your post - is that while the Interlinears are included the actual NIV itself is not.

It can be purchased separately.

i don't know the ins and outs of publisher contracts... But I can answer the "what good is it" question:

I purchased my base package just after the NIV11 transition. I do NOT own the NIV84. There have been a few opportunities for me to pick it up, but due to the cost, I let it pass. What you should note is this: even if I were to find a copy of the NIV84 bundled in an old unused CD-ROM package, I would NOT pick up the NIV84-RI. Logos is unable to sell that currently or to create new licenses for it. The only way for me to pick it up would be to acquire someone else's base package that had it included.

It is only NT in the NIV 1984 RI
