An Error Occurred During Synchronization

I'm getting the dreaded "an error occurred during synchronization" message. I've tried restarting, rebooting, etc.

I'm running: 5.2a SR-1 (5.2.1.0081) on a Windows 7 machine

Anyone else having problems?
