In one spot it says 0.99, above it says 19.99. I think it's a web page problem, I bet if you click buy it will cost you 19.99
It's gone now. Refreshed and it won't come back to 0.99

If you wouldn't read it in Kindle when you paid for it why would you bother downloading it for free, even less motivation to read it if it cost you nothing It would seem?
