Logos 5 Keeps Crashing

I was getting consistent crashes so I reinstalled Logos 5 and removed AppData folder before reinstall. Still crashing. Log Files are attached.

This machine is a Windows 8.1 Upgrade 1 desktop. I'm not having this crashing problem on 2 other Win8.1 U1 machines I have Logos 5 installed on.

Somebody much smarter than me is going to have to look at your log files. Hopefully someone comes along soon. [:S]

Just as an FYI -

Reinstalling the app is most often a waste of your time... it's kind of like putting a new coat of paint on a car that's been totaled. More than likely the issue is related to the data files... but those don't appear to have been touched... Your zip file includes L4 ones from January.

The only suggestion I can give while you wait: Have you tried loading to a blank layout?

I've never seen this error before, but I suspect it could be caused by a very full Temp directory. Open Windows Explorer, press Alt+D to set focus to the address bar, then type: %temp% (and press Enter)

When the Temp folder opens, press Ctrl+A to select all files, then Del to start a delete operation.

This should clean out your temp folder and may resolve the issue.

Hi Bradley,

Deleting all of the temp folder files seems to have fixed the issue. There were about 5gb of files in the temp folder. Not sure why this would've been an issue since the drive had plenty of free space. Nonetheless the issue has gone away.
