Metzger's Certainty Indicators

In the introduction to Metzger's textual criticism he lists the meaning of A - D, but what about where there is no indicator provided? Does this indicate that the committee unanimously agreed and had no discussion on selection of the variant?

You have to read the comment to discover the significance  e.g. On the basis of the weight of the external evidence, as well as considering the non-parallel reading, a majority of the Committee preferred ἀφήκαμεν. [Mat 6:12]

On another occasion (Mat 6:4) the word listed is certain and the discussion is about another word.  Also see Matt 6:8
