You should be able to post files using the "Options" button when replying. We're working on fixing the paperclip option right now.

I believe I've fixed the problem on our servers. The fix should start 'appearing' for customers now.
I also found a wonderful feature of the forums, they do not fully support exclusive HTTPS.
Note, account credentials are fully encrypted to our servers, but files are uploaded via regular HTTP.
For existing posts that don't show the paperclip upload correctly, you can edit the link to use HTTP instead of HTTPS.
Example:
Broken: https://community......Components.Files/109/some_file.txt
Fixed: http://community......Components.Files/109/some_file.txt

This large (328 KB) log took a long time to upload:
1067.Logos.log
Users can edit their own posts if https: is what they got originally, OR submit the log in a new post.
EDIT: zipping (compressing) to make them small is best.
