It is not possible to do so. However, you can use http://ref.ly to include links to Bible references in your updates.
For Bible verses, I primarily use the "Copy bible verse" options of Logos5 and paste on my FB status. I know your post is in reference to RefTagger, but thought this will help also.

Thanks David; I'm going to experiment with using this. Haven't used it before, and always looking for new ways to enhance my posts.
