I had to reinstall Logos 4. I completed everything but I am getting this error constantly. Any ideas?

First, you need to post this request in the appropriate Logos 4 forum. You will also need to post logs. Not sure if the links in my signature work for Logos 4, but I think they do.
I did install 5. It changed nothing AT THAT TIME. Anyhow...it is resolved.

BTW: Reinstalling the application seldom corrects problems. They are usually located in resources, datasets, indices, etc. Reinstalling the app does not replace these. Also, synchronization errors can also be caused by Logos servers—problem or routine maintenance.
