There is an internet connection
Welcome to the forums Amos. Sorry you're having trouble.
I've found that sometimes when a download gets stuck, pausing it a few seconds (count to 10) and then resuming can sometimes help it get unstuck. Did you try that?
If that doesn't work, I'm not sure what to recommend, other than starting the download from the beginning.
I've restarted before in that situation and had Logos immediately begin indexing. In that case, it seemed like someone forgot to tell the software that it was done downloading. [;)]
I purchased a Reformed Starter Logos Bible Software. At 99% the download seemed to halt. Stopped it but now it’s downloading 4.4Mb and there is no progress. It’s just standing there at 4.4MB.Help!!!!!!!!!!!
Have you restarted your computer?
yes
Then we need to see some logs --> http://wiki.logos.com/Diagnostic_Logging Just pick the right section for your machine and ensure logging is permanently enabled.
Attached log file. Help Anyone. Download still standing at 4.4MB
1067.Logos5 logs.zip
Can you post the Index.log file from the download? You'll need to kill the indexer process because the logging won't start with the process still running. Logging must be engaged prior to the process initiating.
