Synchronization error on new computer

I had to replace my computer on the weekend - the old one died. One of the first things I did on the new computer was install Logos 5. Everything downloaded and indexed without a problem. But I'm getting the little yellow triangle icon with the message "An error occurred during synchronization." So I am wondering whether I've missed some setting in Windows 8.1 or Logos to enable synchronization. Any help would be appreciated.

It is hard to diagnose issues without logs. http://wiki.logos.com/Diagnostic_Logging

A couple of things to make sure of:

1. Make sure you are connected to the internet

2. Make sure you are not signed in to L5 in offline mode

3. Make sure your antivirus program is not blocking logos

How do I check if I'm in offline mode?

Something is blocking Logos from syncing--probably internet security. Here is an article that should help: https://www.logos.com/support/logos5/sync-error.

Resetting the network hardware and restarting fixed the problem. Grateful for the quick help.
