Hello there, my Logos 5 software seems to be in a perpetual indexing state. I don't why it's doing that. It has been happening for the past 3-4 weeks. Any ideas?

When I sign in Logos (on my PC- Windows) it automatically goes to indexing but the usual percentage indicator never comes up. Here is the Log file:

It's the wrong file and the wrong method of providing it. I need the indexer logs, but it is better to zip the Logos Log Files folder and upload using the paper-clip icon (see the wiki for details). Ensure logging is enabled before restarting Logos (and indexing).
