BUG: More Visual Filter Issues

Now, it gets more confusing. After deleting the VFs that would not sync, I created new ones. The new ones seem to be syncing, because they appear in my Documents menu across computers, but they won't show up in a resource in the olympic dropdown so I can turn them on.

So you can verify that I didn't screw something up in creating the VFs, here are the VF files, with the one that did sync first, followed by the other two-

Any idea why all but the Masc/Fem Gk Nouns (new) VFs are only available on the computer where they were created?

(PS: The 'RC Sproul' VF is a Basic VF and wouldn't show in Bibles, I think.  The others are Morph VFs and should show, but aren't.)

PROBLEM SOLVED: The cause was my custom highlighters that I created to use in these VFs were not syncing correctly.

For some reason, the custom highlighters I created did not sync from my office computer, where I created them, to my other computers. As a result, the VFs that used the highlights were not available in my resources because they didn't have the correct highlights to use.

The solution was to rename my VisualMarkup folder and restart Logos 5 (which forced it to go to the server and get a new copy of the VisualMarkup folder). The new custom highlighters were then available on the computer, which meant the VFs that had not been available were suddenly there and working correctly.

Big thanks to Logos tech support for fixing this. (He had to have me remote to my home computer via GoToMyPC.com so he could work there, through my office computer into which he had a remote session established...ain't technology wonderful!).

[NB: For anyone who needs to get to that VisualMarkup folder to do what I did, here's how- right-click your L5 icon and choose 'Open File Location'. In the folder that opens, double-click to open the folder called 'Documents'. Now you'll see a .dzu folder with a random name.  Double-click it to open it. You should see your VisualMarkup folder somewhere near the bottom of the list. You can type a new name (the Logos tech renamed mine 'VisualMarkup-1'. Close Logos 5 and re-start it. It should re-create this folder (you'll now see the new one as well as your re-named one).]
