Make a highlight button in Logos

Hi All,

Does anyone know how to make a highlight button for the Logos desktop? Right now, I have to go to tools, then highlighting,then pick a particular highlight. Then highlight the text and close the window.

Is there a way that I could just make a button for, say, the yellow highlighter so all I have to do is push the button and highlight the text?

In the highlight window, select the highlight you choose, Then right click and select "shortcut key" ... then assign a number or letter key. Now all you have to do is select text in Logos, and press that key. [:)]

You can assign the yellow highlighter to a key (I have mine set to Y) so all I have to do is select the text and then type "Y" and it highlights the text in yellow.

To assign a shortcut key to a highlighting style, open the Highlighting tool, right-click on the name of the style (or hover over the name and then click the dropdown arrow), then click the dropdown menu next to "Shortcut key" and select a letter or number.

At the moment, I don't think there is any way to drag a highlighting style to the toolbar to create a button for it, so you're limited to keyboard shortcuts, but they are pretty quick and easy to use.
