I am preparing a theological reflection paper at the moment, and the part of my research within Logos includes some Passage Guides, Passage Lists, searches, open resources, and so on. I know I can use a layout to keep all of these together, but I need to remember to save that (and I never do). A layout also means having everything in the Layout open at the same time, and once I've done my initial research I want to be able to pick out those resources/guides/tools/documents I need at that precise moment. At the moment I'm keeping a Notes document and using the "copy location as URL" function to paste a link into a Notes file for each item, which is a clumsy, but workable, way of accomplishing this. It would, I think, be helpful to have a "research (or project) folder" facility into which I could place all these different types of item so that when I need to find something I can get hold of it readily without having to go through History or find a specific saved layout. This could be either a folder or a tag of some sort.
Linked to this, I would also find it really helpful if I could remove items from search results: I work hard to do a fairly precise search, but once I've got that list it would be really useful if I could remove items from it that aren't relevant to my research to avoid having to filter stuff out if I return to the search again later.
