Mounce--Basics of Biblical Greek DVD Lectures: Defective DVD?

Based on my learning style, I decided I would probably get more out of the BBG materials purchased from Logos if I also purchased the 36 lecture set on DVD. I've gone through the first six lessons on Disc one, and on lesson six, there's a loud snap/pop sound at apx. 11:06 into the lesson, and at apx. 19:37-39 it happens again a couple of times AND the audio drops out briefly as well.

I don't know if this is a defect in my copy of the DVD or if it's a defect in the master that's used to make the copies. If anyone else has the set, would you mind checking your disc and let me know if it occurs on your copy?

Correct me if I am wrong but isn't this a Zondervan product? Maybe some Logos user has also purchased this from Zondervan and will let you know if their DVD is also defective.

Yes, the DVDs are from Zondervan--the videos are not available through Logos

I purchased what I could through Logos (grammar, workbook, vocab audio, and reference sheet) but had to go elsewhere for the videos. Just wondering if anyone else who has the videos on DVD that go with the 3rd edition of the grammar book, has the same issue on that first DVD, and am hoping the other five DVDs are error free.
