I updated logos today, and now it is stuck signing in.. it does not log in the error because it just continues to say signing in. what can I do?
First thing I would check is that Logos is still getting through your firewall.

That's not good, to say the least.
If you use a wi-fi router, you *do* have a firewall. But I've not seen those interfere with Logos before.
Call Logos tech support. I had to call them for the first time in my six (or so) years with Logos just yesterday, and they solved my problem in about ten minutes on the phone (and with a remote connect session).
