MyTag data not syncing between my two PCs

I have been following the very helpful training sessions in the Verbum Practicum, and I have set up multiple tags following instructions in particular Practicum sesssions. In doing so, I have been using a Surface PC, which runs Logos 5 Verbum perfectly. I also have set up particular Collections that the Practicum sessions recommend.

When I shift to my Dell PC, the collections I created sync just fine, but the tags do not sync. And so, I don't get the benefit of all the tags I created as recommended in the Practicum.

I have tried syncing my active session on my Surface PC (the PC that has the correct tags) and then shutting down Logos. I then have tried to sync Verbum on my Dell PC, but the MyTag entries don't come over.

In short, my custom collections sync perfectly, but my MyTag entries do not. Am I doing something wrong? Leaving some step out?

No. The tags should sync automatically. Please contact Logos Technical Support (they might like to know if the Dell is running Verbum).
