Book missing from collection

Hi,

I recently purchased a collection of books consisting of 11 volumes, but only 10 of them appear on my iPad. The missing book is A PLAIN INTRODUCTION TO THE CRITICISM OF THE NEW TESTAMENT, VOL. II

I can't see it in my Library on the iPad. Volume I is there along with the other books of the collection. I have tried going to the Info tab of the book on my PC version of Logos and selecting to download to my iPad from there, but it does nothing.

Does anyone have any suggestions? I would appreciate some help...

I'm on my phone (on a bumpy bus) and don't have time to check... Are you sure it is "mobile enabled"? What does the books product description page say?

Web site does say the whole bundle runs on mobile, I have it and I see my mobile devices showing on the information page within my library, for that resource. Something seems wrong though, when I go to my iPad and type Plain Introduction into the bar, I don't see either. I went back to desktop, and set the check box on both volumes to be downloaded to my iPad, and Volume I shows up, but not Volume II. So there seem to be a couple of problems here.

Thanks alabama24... yes it is supposed to be available on mobile devices, but there does seem to be a problem...

Thanks Don, it is always a little reassuring to know that the problem is not only with me! There is a note on the resource page now, underneath the Overview which says:

A Plain Introduction to the Criticism of the New Testament, vol. 2 is currently unavailable on mobile platforms. We are working on fixing this and apologize for any inconvenience.

I am glad they are aware of the problem and are working on it. I assume it will appear in my mobile library once they have fixed the problem...
