I have logos 5 installed on my computer and every time I try o log in it says unable to log into logos.com does anyone have a suggestin?

Other than checking your log in name and password are correct the only thing I can suggest is a quick call to customer service.
For the first time ever (in years) in my usually stable Logos 5 Mac install I had this also today. I checked my Internet connection - all OK. Kept trying to log on and same result. Finally I shut Logos 5 down (had not loaded fully) and started it again and all was OK.
Perhaps a glitch with the Logos logon servers and it does not sort itself out unless you restart the app.
