In "Notes", the behavior of the icons for Bold and Italics formatting has changed
When entering a note, it used to be that once tapped, the "Bold" and "Italics" icons would be highlighted as a visual clue that those formatting features were active, and they would remain highlighted until tapped again to turn them off. That no longer happens. Tapping the icons does activate those editing features, but the icons are not highlighted, so you can't tell from the icons that they are active.
I don't know exactly when that behavior changed, but I believe it was in one of the fairly recent releases. Can the icon highlighting behavior be reset to perform as it has in the past?
I'm running version 4.2.3 (Build 234) on a Kindle Fire HD.

Yes, this is a bug and I'm pretty sure I know what caused it. I'll look into getting it fixed.

Sad thing is Notes is full of bad behavior- its so bad I have started using BW to keep my notes or just simply file it in a folder under in MS Word/ One Note.
My notes are long, complicated, and full of links- so notes in Logos is a failure, even Sentence Diagramming is very difficult to do work in and add notes.
Notes and SD are definitely not a pastor/teachers friend(:
