Bug: Download will not start.

Lately Logos will see that there is a download tell me the size ( I have download set to no) but when I ask it to download the update it stays at 0%.

It has a download stuck at 0% and it is not moving. 5.7 MB.

Is there a file that can be deleted to get the process moving?

Restarted the computer and it downloaded. Tried downloading the free books from Vyrso and it is stuck at zero.

It happens on one machine (beta) but not the stable. Strange.

Try the following:-

delete the folder C:\Users\Fam\AppData\Local\Logos5\Data\fq2d5jsh.g5g\DownloadManager
delete C:\Users\Fam\AppData\Local\Temp\Logos-DownloadProgress-fq2d5jsh.g5g.db (if it exists)
type "cmd" in the Start menu Search box, right-click "cmd.exe" and select "run as admin", type bitsadmin /reset and hit the Enter key
restart Logos

Deleted the download manager folder and it still does not auto download.

The other file does not exist.

Closed Logos and restarted the computer.

Logos has now downloaded and indexing the book.

Always worth a go, particularly when you are looking for something to delete[:D]
