if I click on the link to see full product details then it shows the same price as ends up in the cart

Indeed - it looks as though the bug has been resolved.
This is a "pardon our dust" moment. We are making some significant server-side changes to Logos.com. We have a team here sniffing bugs today. I added this one to their list, but they'd already found it and shipped a fix. Thank you for pointing it out.
Feel free to draw my attention to any other oddities that you see over the next 24 hours or so.

In the "browse all products" screen the entry for the Starter package is as:
while the product page shows the full price
EDIT: It looks as though this is related to the fact I already own this - the price for Portfolio (which I don't own) shows the same on both the summary screen and the details page.
I had some items in my cart yesterday. I then bought two of them from a sales rep. The cart now shows the full 15% off but not dynamic prices. I would have understood if it still showed the same prices as yesterday, or if it showed $0.00, or if it had automatically removed them, but it shouldn't show them at full price when I already own them.
