Tags and Ratings in Search that I did not create

I'm fairly new to Logos.  Really like it for the most part, but trying to uncover some of the features and functions is a struggle.  For instance, I have noticed an entry called "myrating:4" that shows in various places, such as under the "Tags and Ratings" section of the search filter.  I do not recall creating this, and it is not a collection; at least it does not show up under Tools => Collections.  Here is an image of what I am referring to (see the red box):

It's more of an annoyance, but I don't want this showing up in all the places that it does.  Where can I find the origin, and hopefully remove it?

It's an automated collection made by your Logos installation and comprising all works you rated with four stars.  This section will populate with all the tags and ratings you give in your library and will become a great help in directing searches to the most relevant subset of the library.
