I had bought the book Multiply: Disciples Making Disciples back in September, but since then it has moved to Logos (no longer available in Vyrso), and it shows that I do not own it.
Is this normal?
No, you should call. I know there are threads with official word stating that you would get the new Logos version free of charge.
See this thread:

Short answer - the price goes up. Seriously, $12.95 when it's being offered by David C Cook for $3.99 at the moment and K is discounting it down to $3.65. Logos is pricing themselves out of the market on books like this that don't really need advanced Logos tagging or integration.
I'll drop CS a line and see if they will take care of it for me. Thanks.
Actually, for me it was worth the $9.95 I originally paid for it in Vyrso for two reasons:
So I heard back from the Logos Support Department, and she said that the license for the resources is showing correctly in my account even though it does show that I own it on the web site. she also said to make sure that Logos was synced, run "update resources", and then to call in if it doesn't fix the issue, which it didn't.
The date on the resource that I have shows that it is older than the date I bought it:
So, unless Logos made no changes to the resources when it was moved to Logos, it is indeed not the updated resource.
I guess I'll have to call in this evening.
When you click the (i) for Resource Information the first line under the title will tell you if is a Logos Edition or an ebook edition. I have three Chan books that were moved to Logos: Crazy Love, Forgotten God, and Erasing Hell. I actually have two copies of each because when they make a Logos Edition none of your markup transfers so they make both old and new editions available to you in case you made a lot of notes or something.
Go figure, didn't know that was there.
Should now be:
