how do I search a phrase in logos4. in logos 3, I selected and right cliked... how do I go there with Logos4?
The magnifying glass icon brings up the Search - select basic or Bible - put the phrase inside quotation marks. Check the wiki (see top line of screen) for details.

It should work in Hebrew for you. I opened BHS and highlighted a phrase and right clicked on it. Then I made sure the "Selection" item is chosen in the right column of the popup. Choose "Search this resource" in the left column. The screen below shows the search.
That option is not there for me, you think that the indexing process has not processed bhs? I just installed about eight hours ago.
I'm not sure about the indexing and how it works--I thought this was available before the last update but maybe not. Just to be clear, here's a view of the popup.
You can see the "Selection" in the right column. From here just click "Search this resource" in the left column.
if you are still indexing there should be a warning in the Search tab and the little blue icon will be in the Windows notification area on the Taskbar. Attempt the search when indexing is complete.
