We have passed a critical point in terms of needing to be able to access items by liturgical date. Resources tied to liturgical dates include scripture study aids, poetry & prayers, devotionals, commentaries, sermons. To give an idea of the scope of the problem, I did a search in my library for resources with "title:lectionary, year, daily ANDNOT type:lectionary" as a search term. I know that this misses most sermons tagged with liturgical dates as well as other titles without the required words. However, this provided the following list of resources that are primarily indexed by liturgical date. Note that many of them are series. I think the list is long enought to prove that we have moved beyond the "handle it manually" phase.
