Printing

I was wondering if there is anyone out there that knows how you can cut and paste or just copy parts of bible verses and commentary article and than when your done gathering all the information you want than printing it .This is logos 3.

Also when I highlight some scripure and than click on the copy button nothing happens,

How do you get to the clipboard maybe thats where it is. or do they have one.I have never done any of this yet but I am dying to know.

You could just copy them all into MS Word (or equivalent) and print from there, couldn't you? At least that's how I do it.

Yes I do. But I'm not using it much anymore, since I got Logos4.

You can continue to use Logos3 as long as you want and have a computer that will run it.

Logos4 is a major revision, the whole program was rewritten 'from the ground up' and it's a bit of a transition. But it is much more powerful, while being easier to use, IMHO.

Have you considered the minimal crossgrade? It requires that you have a Logos base package (Home, Bible Study, Pastors, Scholars, etc), but it's a pretty good deal. It also requires a fairly decent computer. I think it's totally worth it.

Go to www.logos.com and look at the video (click on "Click here to learn more") to get a taste of what you're missing.

EDIT: BTW, did you know Logos offers payment plans? Just ask them about it.

It sounds like you are pretty knowledgeable with your Logos 4, I will be sure to check the site out and thanks for the infor. Also I been hearing alot of things going wrong with Logos 4 like the bugs have not been worked out yet?

Just a little issue with a bunch of really cool stuff not working. Been scratching my head since yesterday sometime.

The problem has to do with a date setting in the program not handling the new year quite right. Resetting the system clock to last month seems to have fixed it. The program was usable without the cool things, but not as we've become used to.

A small bug, with a big effect.

All in all Logos 4 has been very stable for most people. A few people have had really bad experiences, and so far it's hard to determine what's causing that disparity of experience.

For what it's worth, I prefer Logos4 broken to Logos3 working as it always has.
