Toolbar Question (another) 2 questions

1) Instead of having all the icons running horizontally, is it possible to put them into a file directory that drops down?

Or into a word file that could open up the layouts. I know how to put individual books into a word document to open them..... I am more interested in getting the layouts into word.

I know it may be a odd question but I have my reasons.

2) I want more icons to choose from in the dropdown menu or use my own. Is it possible?

One option is a Personal Book, which allows organization of links under Headings.

Favorites can have folders, which can be expanded or collapsed as desired

Apologies: at the moment do not know URL syntax for opening a named layout. Personally click a shortcut for my favorite layout for modifying collections, which has two tabs that open to full width of screen:

Favorites can have shortcuts to Resource(s) and Layout(s), which can be organized as desired into folder(s).
