BUG: Missing datatype and/or missing links

Hymns are usually referred to by a title or by first line. Both should be a datatype which automatically links to my hymn resources based on the prioritization of my hymnals. Without owning Bonar and several other major hymnists, I own > 40 books of hymns and several other books that include some hymns. Logos needs to adjust to this new mix of resources.
