Logos 5 versions of the Logos 3 Vocab Lists

I found the following old support page which has Logos 3 pre-made vocab lists: https://www.logos.com/training/vocabularylists. How would one use these in Logos 5? I am interested in adding the Athenaze lists.

Create the folders and download the lists to Documents\Libronix DLS\VocabularyLists (as described). then use the import word lists command in Logos 5.

Thanks Dave, your explanation was exactly what I was looking for. It took me a while to realize I actually had to type "import word lists" into the command box, but eventually it dawned on me after searching for a import button for a few minutes [:)].
