BUG: Calendar devotional in default Lectionary layout (Verbum)

In selecting the calendar devotional, the program only looks at the highest priority devotional. It should behave like the other priorities, going down the list until it gets a hit. This allows one to set seasonal resources (advent, lent ...) as highest priority and have a default for ordinary time.
