Where is MY John Macpherson Collection?
I had the John Macpherson Collection ordered in my Pre-Pub list. Just before it was supposed to ship Logos sent me an email telling me they had removed the order from my list because this resources is included in a bigger package I have purchased. I checked my list to confirm they had indeed removed it.
Today I checked my library, no John Macpherson Collection. I checked the new products list and see it has shipped. The product description page shows no bigger collections include this resource. What happened Logos?
(Yes, I do upgrade my resources daily.)

Just in case I wasn't clear on this... Logos removed the resource from my Pre-Pub orders. I didn't.

I received the same message. "Your Prepub for John Macpherson Collection has been removed from your account as it is part of your recent order for the Reformed Library."
It isn't in my account either, so can just hope its coming...

Same message here too. I got the email it was shipping, email it was removed, but it's not on the page for any of the Reformed packages that I see.

I'm in the same boat - email from Logos saying it was being removed. Thought I must have missed seeing it in the list of resources in the Reformed package, but apparently not...

I received a puzzling email a few weeks back telling me a pre pub was included in Lutheran bronze so it was being cancelled. even though I own Anglican gold not any lutheran packages.

I received the same message. They said it was due to my upgrade of the Reformed package. Th eorder was canceled and now the product shows as locked on the website.

I received the email a day before it shipped and saw it was not part of a package. The CP price was $35.00 and pre-pub price was $34.95

I tried deleting mine back then but they would insert themselves back in. I've been charged for 2 of them. One took about 2 weeks to be refunded and the other one is still counting. It's not working quite as smooth as planned.

I just got an email from Logos, they apologized, put it back in my Prepub orders for $35, and it just downloaded! I didn't have to do anything. Thanks Logos!

This is getting very confusing. Is this collection included in the Reformed base package as suggested by the email you received or not? I think Logos needs to weigh in on this.

I was told by Logos it was NOT part of any Reformed base package. I checked, it does not show on the page of resources for Diamond, the largest package. Hence, I was charged the $35 for it. Sounds like it was just a confusion that they are correcting.

Thanks for the update. I still think Logos needs to give a clear public statement on this.

Isn't the CP price supposed to not be higher than the Pre-Pub price?
