Was E P Sanders' "Jesus and Judaism" Raptured?

They just took it out of the judaism bundle.  But it's nowhere to be found, and I live in America (not available outside of America now for obvious reasons).

    I was spinning my wheels around this too. I know it was part of a larger package, probably an FP package (since it's pub'd by them). I thought it had already gone through production. I know there is another Sanders book in PrePub, but I think it was T&T or something of the sort....or I'm just confused. I'm kinda baffled by this, but glad to see it "cut loose", so to speak.
