Copying just the verse references

Hello All, 

I know this was addressed years ago and there was some talk of the future ability but I cannot find the post to save my life.  Has there been any movement on the ability to copy just the references from a Passage List.  Frequently when writing papers for Seminary it would be very helpful to be able to just grab the references and paste them into footnotes.  Now I have to go to the work to type them out even though they are right there in my search.  Any help?

If you want all the verse references in a passage list then you can export it in compact mode. If you want to copy and paste directly from the passage list then it will paste the entire verse or passage. I guess you already knew that part. A work around might be be to export a a passage list in compact view to a word document and then copy and paste from that list.
