Indexer won't stop crashing

Following the last update, Logos has been trying to index (it says it is doing "first time indexing") every time I've started it, but it makes it a few percent and then the indexer crashes. I've tried multiple times and even tried running "rebuild index" just for kicks, but get the same result.

Please provide some logs. Read carefully as we need the detailed indexer log not just a crash log.

You might have some corrupted resource files, so the automatic re-index will not work. However, there is a history of crashes related to file permissions which may be connected with P:\Program Files (x86)\Logos5:-

Program Files (x86) is normally a protected system folder which means that programs have no write access if you redirected "C:\Program Files (x86)" to drive P:. If not ensure that you (your user name) or Everyone have Full Control of the Logos5 folder, its subfolders and files.
Ensure that you are not attempting to share the Logos5 folder with another installation.
Ensure that the P: drive has no disk errors (chkdsk P: /R).

For the recent issue, delete the following files from P:\Program Files (x86)\Logos5\Data\uso2k33n.lct\ResourceManager\Resources:-

NKJV.logos4
NKJVNT.lbsrvi
NKJVOT.lbsrvi
NASB95.logos4
NASBNT.lbsrvi
NASBOT.lbsrvi

also delete the folder P:\Program Files (x86)\Logos5\Data\uso2k33n.lct\BibleIndex.

As Logos will want to do a download for the missing files it would be advisable to set Automatically Download Updates to NO.

Then restart Logos and wait until indexing has finished before you allow a download.

For future stability I recommend uninstalling Logos 5, removing the Logos5 folder and then performing a custom installation to the drive P: (it will create P:\Logos5 for you).

"Program Files (x86)" is not redirected. The system "Program Files (x68)" still exists on C:. The one on P: is just a folder I created to direct my custom installations to. The permissions for the folder are correct.

I will give the rest of the suggestion a shot tomorrow. Thanks Dave!
