How do I purchase a gift card who has a Logos system of his own?

Either call Logos and have them place credit on his account, or if the individual has make their wish list public, you can purchase an item of their list and it will go to their account.
See this thread and my response.
You can also call Logos and purchase specific resources for them. I have done this several times. The Logos sales person can verify that the resource is currently not owned by the recipient.
