Edit Maps

Greetings,

Is it possible to edit maps in Logos 5? I've found a map that has the essential information that I need, but there is an overlay showing various routes and battles. For instance, I would like to get rid of the arrows in this map. Can it be done? Or does this map exist somewhere without the overlay?

Thanks,

In general (and specifically) the answer is 'no'.

Can't tell which map you're referring to. If you click on the resource box (top-left) and then 'Location' and paste that in, we could see it (or copy/paste the map).

Often there's another map very similar but without the unneeded arrows, etc.  That's what I do (since I have a bunch).

Normally details on a map are a bear to get rid of (usually I copy a nearby portion of the map and paste over the offending part, using imaging software).

It is not possible to delete those arrows. You may have another map that has essentially the same information without the arrows in your library. A possible workaround (in theory) would be to save or capture the image and then edit the image with photoshop, photoscape, or similar program.
