Video problems with Logos Timesaving Tips

I've just installed Logos Timesaving Tips but the videos will not run. I've followed the instructions on the web support page: reinstalled DirectX ; made sure the firewall admits Logos etc. I've even tried to use the pre-caching option but nothings works. The logfiles are attached. Do you have any suggestions please?

I have no solution for this, and Logos 4 is no longer supported, so I would strongly advise you to update to the free** Logos 5 engine using this link. If there is still a problem report it in the Logos 5 forum and/or contact Logos Technical Support.

Note that the product will be geared to Logos 5 anyway, being dated 2014.

** the engine is free and supports all your Logos 4 features and resources with some free new features.

This crash looks very similar to one that was fixed in 5.1a, so updating to Logos 5 (as Dave recommended) should solve the problem.

Dear Dave & Bradley,

Sorry not to respond sooner but I've been off-grid for a while. However I followed your advice and upgraded to the Logos 5 engine. Everything is now hunky-dory and the new layout is good too! A big thank you for your very helpful advice.
