I'm looking for a resource to teach from, one about sanctification and the lifetime struggle with the "old man". Something practical, and applicable to day-to-day life.
Preferably from a Reformed perspective.
Any Suggestions?
Romans 7 & 8, Phil 2

In all seriousness, I think that Owen's works are really good. Crossway modernized three of his works on sanctification, and they're palatable if meaty: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0028BEE4C/. The Logos version would be tougher to understand, but still usable: https://www.logos.com/product/8013/the-works-of-john-owen-vol-6-temptation-and-sin
This is a resource not in Logos, but his [DeYoung's] books ought to be: The Hole in Our Holiness
Oh, and I nearly forgot, Jerry Bridges' The Pursuit of Holiness, which also has a Study Guide in Logos.
