BUG: The app that will not go away

Being aware of the Mono bug in this release CRASH: 5.2b Beta 1 Mac, I opened L5 online to allow everything to synch with the intention of then restarting offline. However, after synch had finished, Logos refused to go away. All windows did close, however.
