Just wondering if you can copy the home page on to another screen?? I have two screens and it would make it easier sometimes if the home page was on both screens. Thanks for your input.
Hi Matthew
Sorry, but I don't know anyway of doing this.
Out of interest, what would you use this feature for?
Graham
Hi Graham
Thanks for replying, I would mostly use it for an easier way of sizing multiple windows on the other screen. Thanks again But also a quicker way of accessing commands in the other window.
Thanks Matthew
Understood. I think you are talking about the main screen where you read and access resources. I can see how this would be useful (I thought you meant the actual "home screen" where Logos displays information about daily readings, new resources, etc)
I like the idea, but from a little different (and sneaky) point of view. I've always wanted a way to keep 'some' resources constant, while moving layouts in and out (i.e. a hard layout of Bible, and some other basics, with the main system having layouts as I need them).
Obviously seeing Matthew's question (and my mind always being upside down), I thought ... wow ... if only the user could control the homepage just like every other home page I know of. A dream of Logos not being always 'Logos'.
Why, just today, Jastrow arrived. Hmmm, sweet. But I didn't want to have to interupt my study. And I did want to try out Jastrow with some aramaic resources, targums and Talmud (in english but so it goes). Actually my jewish layout. But not to be. I took a look at Jastrow, tagged it, and went back to work.
