On this New Year's day I've been really enjoying reading Bible Study Magazine. The articles about where the Bible came from while not exactly scholarly or filled with grand new insight are really well written and would be good for those who have less theological training. I also enjoy the interviews. I am not sure why I didn't really get into that much until now, but just wanted to offer my kudos and recommendation.
I would say this is a good resource for a pastor to read not as much to learn but to find good articles to pass on to those you are teaching. I've been saving the Hebrews studies too since I am really wanting to teach through that book sometime in the next year.
