Sorry to hear you are having problems.
Please enable Logos diagnostic logging - as per http://wiki.logos.com/Diagnostic_Logging - and upload Logos logs after a failed start attempt.
Also suggest you look at the free upgrade to the Logos 5 core engine available at https://www.logos.com/install. This upgrade addressed a lot of issues as well as providing new capabilities
