Of course the answer should be no. But it appears that Logos is doing something a bit different.
Right now if I download a resource (e.g. the NASB95), and then disconnect the internet I can browse and read as I wish. BUT if I have a downloaded resource and the internet is still connected I get delays.
Judging from the lagging and delays, it is almost as if Logos for Android is "thinking":
- He wants to read Philemon!
- Do I have a download? YES!
- Let's see if there's something on the internet I need to read Philemon.... (hold on while I draw a circle on the screen several times)...
- ...
- Nope.
- Guess I'll load Philemon from the downloaded version.
Is there any reason we can't jump from step two to step six?
