Hi everyone,
I read a quote attributed to Augustine in the Ancient Christian Commentary Series volume on the Minor Prophets under Micah 6:8. Here it is:
THE LORD REQUIRES THE SELF. AUGUSTINE: You ask what you should offer: offer yourself. For what else does the Lord seek of you but you? Because of all earthly creatures he has made nothing better than you, he seeks yourself from yourself, because you have lost yourself. SERMON 48.2.
I wanted to read the quote within its context. I found what claims to be a translation of Augustine's Sermon 48 on-line at this website:

However, I did not find this quotation within the sermon. Would anyone on the Logos Forum know where (if anywhere) these words can be found within Augustine's works?
Many thanks for any assistance!
