Free book plus the 99 cent one. When did Logos start this?

I think it just started in April, so it's only been 2 months. I remember because I'm always looking forward to the end of each month to see which new titles will be included and it's only been for the last 2 months that I've seen this offer; i.e. Get one free buy one for 0.99 cents.
