Newbie Needs Help with Copying Verses in a Particular Format

COULD SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME HOW TO DO WHAT I'M SURE IS A SIMPLE THING.

I want to be able to copy and paste versed in word in the following format:

1) In paragraph form
2) The book name, chapter & verse # appear in a bold font at the start of the paragraph
3) All other verses after the first one would have only the verse # in bold and the verse text in
regular Times Roman 14pt.

Seems really simple but I can't figure it out.

Logos 5 does not have word processor capabilities, so you will need to do the formatting manually. The three drop downs in CBV will allow you to select the part Logos can do. The fully formatted option will do the rest for you

Logos Copy Bible Verse allows Word Style to be specified:

For illustration, used default styles in Word 2010 then modified style with desired font and size.

Can combine Header and Verse(s) into one paragraph that pastes into Word with Normal style:

In Word, can change style for paragraph or modify Normal.

Could you please imagine I'm like a 6th grader and explain that step by step.

Looking at wiki page again => http://wiki.logos.com/Copy_Bible_Verses gave me an idea how to specify Word Style for one paragraph that works.

* Opened Logos 5.2b Beta 2 to a blank Layout, then clicked Tools followed by Clicking Copy Bible Verses:

* Opened Logos Help by clicking ? on right side of screen

Copy Bible Verses and Help opened in an area on the right side of the screen.

* Dragged Help and Copy Bible Verses to new locations, which changed their sizes

* Dragged a Bible shortcut into the middle that can be covered by MS Word 2010 while able to see Logos Help and Copy Bible Tool

* Searched Help

* Clicked on Copy Bible Verses

* Logos Help has Copy Bible Verses

* Scrolled Help down to show Copy Bible Verses Syntax followed by clicking CBV Copy, then Copy Bible Verses style name

* Right click on CBV style has pop-up choice to Edit Style

* Opened MS Word 2010 and sized new document so screen shot has MS Word 2010 in front of Logos 5.2b Beta 2

* In MS Word 2010, used keyboard shortcut command+v to Paste (from CBV copy)

* In MS Word 2010, clicked off paragraph markers followed by clicking within pasted paragraph. Style changed to the one specified in CBV tool. Right click on style, then clicked Modify:

* In the "Modify Style" pop-up, changed Font to Times New Roman and Size to 14 followed by dragging pop-up over all paragraph text for preview:

In MS Word 2010, have option to Modify Style only for this document or all new documents. Once the style is modifed, the next Copy using CBV and Paste into MS Word will have desired appearance:

Thank you for asking but after watching a video on you tube( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HoVMNYzT6t8) it all made sense to me.

I was a long time e-sword user for years until I upgraded to a newer mini version and then the program could not locate the modules and basically it never worked for me again.

Someone recommended the Word and I've been slowly trying to get up to speed on it.
