There is a forthcoming book in the Linguistic Studies in Ancient West Semitic series (LSAWS). It is called The Syntax of Volitives in Biblical Hebrew and Amarna Canaanite Prose by Helene Dallaire. It is scheduled to be published September 2014! Please add this ASAP!
