Verbum Practicum Unusable - Resolution Too Low

I'm trying to use Practicum to learn more about Logos, but I'm finding it hard to follow because the video resolution is extremely low. I'm unable to read any of the text shown on the screen. I've included a screen shot below, taken off of my Macbook Pro.
I remember reading on Practicum's webpage that these videos are downloadable, but so far I've been unable to find out how to do that. It seems all it wants to do, whether on my Macbook Pro or iPad, is stream the videos.
Does anyone know how to access the high-def versions? My internet connection is 12 Mbps, so I don't think that's the problem.
Thanks!

Never mind, I figured it out after playing with it some more. It seems the resolution improves dramatically when you're able to download the resources to your computer.
From what I understand, you can only stream it to your iPad. But depending on the file type of the videos, you still may be able to put them on your iPad. Viewing them on another device while you have Logos open would certainly be beneficial.
To download them to your computer, open up Practicum then go to the top left portion of the Practicum screen and clicking on its orange cover. Within the drop down menu, at the bottom, is the option to download them to your computer. The first one already downloaded and its fully readable!
I'll post more if I'm able to find out where they download too, and whether I can transfer them to my iPad or not.

You should be able to download the videos to your iPad - if you bring up the entry for Practicum in your Library on the iPad, then tap the 'i' in the middle of a circle on the right side, do you see the button to click to download it to your iPad?
